Soooo, i LOVE otomes and i've only ever played them on my iphone or watched the routes on youtube. Mostly games from Voltage Inc.

I haven't played many otome games, nor can I personally recommend Hakuouki. However, it looks like it's more than just a romance, so you might be able to get something out of it. It might be worthwhile to pickup sometime, especially considering it makes up 1/3rds of your options for English VNs on the 3DS. I found a review for it in the -GD- thread on vndb: It looks decent I guess. I personally love feudal Japan and samurai stories, so it may not be that bad.
