I have recently started using this platform for my business and honestly whoever you were dealing with obviously does not take their business or customers seriously. Customer service should be a businesses top priority. Please don't assume all stores on Storenvy are fake and will rip you off. Extremely dismissive attitude with incredibly broken English. I placed my order on December 6th expecting my order to have been delivered with enough time for Christmas.
Storenvy.com I have ordered some jewelry from Storenvy about two months ago and have yet to receive my order. First thing that seemed strange was that they never gave me a tracking number and even after I asked them to send me one they did not do that. When I emailed them about my order they said that they need some time to find out what was going on, but I never heard anything back!
I had waited about a day or two and still didn't get any information so i did the logical thing and contacted the someone for help. Now they state on there site to contact the seller before you contact the actual site so that is what i proceeded to do. Unfortunately, the seller did not respond after multiple attempts at reaching out to them, so then i try contacting Stonenvy themselves and still did not get any reminisce of a response. I dont want to out right bash the site because there might actually be some reputable sellers on there but, in terms of contacting and conflict resolution this is not something they seem to have any interest in. I hate to say this but the site is not worth losing time over, i had to stake a claim to my bank and well see if this can get resolved because im not losing out on the amount of money i spent for people that are indecent enough to try and scam hard working people of there money. This review is specific to the seller: Prettyladydress. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from her!!
They reply back with a PDF of a message 'sent' to me on Dec 8th, saying my order was being shipped. When I entered the tracking number it states It's on its way to the USPS facility! Needless to say I am NOT HAPPY. And I really wish they will return my money! WORSE WORSE WORSE business ever! There are stores that do a great job, such as ours: brightstargifts.storenvy.com. We have a perfect track record with no customer complaints. I have to believe that a lot of other store owners are refugees from Etsy and are trying hard to be successful. Don't knock Storenvy for a few bad stores.
If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. After spending over $400 on an item, and never receiving it, I finally attempted to contact the seller, then storenvy. No response from the seller after multiple attempts. Storenvy could only recommend I try to get reimbursed by paypal. Opened dispute with paypal.
