I recently upgraded to windows 10 and no longer will my smart track software pair with my pdc, I have installed the latest version of drivers and for whatever reason smart track will not recognize that the dongle is installed 'windows recognized it as installed as an irda' however my dive software does not. Anyone else having this issue?anyone from scuba pro aware of this issue or know of a fix for it?

I would try that. I had done the same trick for my old parallel port Iomega ZIP-100 drive. Officially Iomega has dropped support for it in Windows Vista and later. But I have detected the relevant driver files in a Windows XP installation, copied them in a folder and managed to manually install it in Vista 32-bit and Windows 7 32-bit. I'm not the driver developer for this dongle, but I have done some driver development earlier for Windows 2000 and also for Windows 8.1. For Windows 8.1 it was a bit PITA to test drivers during development but some-how it was possible to bypass the driver signature checking and also use some test signing procedures.
